Fall Festival 2014

Saturday, October 25

Plan now to enjoy an arts and crafts fair, our traditional barbecue chicken meal known as the “Chicken Que.” a pumpkin patch, and the blessing of the animals.

Arts and Crafts - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Hand-carved wooden pieces, crocheted items, quilted art, and crafts made from recycled material will be among the items for sell during the arts and crafts festival. Come browse the booths and get your Christmas shopping done early! Click for Vendor Information and a Vendor Application. Some vendor booths with electricity are available under a covered pavilion if you prefer. For more information, contact Diana Kelly, 678-592-6104 or e-mail berkmarcraftfair@gmail.com.

Chicken Que - 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

We start the grills about 4:30 a.m. to begin slow cooking chicken. By 11 a.m. we’re ready to serve! For just $8 you will receive a plate with half a chicken, cole slaw, baked beans, a slice of cake, and iced tea. With advance notice, we’ll even deliver group orders. To order tickets, call Judy Rhea, 770-338-0229.

Pumpkin Patch

Our front lawn will be covered with pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. Find the perfect one or two or three to decorate your house. Pumpkin Patch proceeds benefit our youth ministry.

Blessing of the Animals - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Animals are God’s creation too, and our pastor will say a blessing over your pet. We do not charge for this. Just bring your animal for the blessing.
